KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or Solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing
  • Confident managing your own files with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable handling volume without compromising on care or attention
  • Great with clients—approachable, honest, and able to explain things clearly

    Pay: From £42,000.00 per year

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish—everything from sales and purchases to transfers of equity and remortgages. The environment is structured yet down-to-earth, and you’ll have the support of experienced legal assistants to help keep things running smoothly. You’ll be trusted to manage your files independently, but you’ll never feel like you’re on your own.

KEY DUTIES

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion
  • Communicating regularly with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
  • Carrying out searches, title checks, and dealing with enquiries
  • Keeping clients informed in plain English every step of the way
