RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR – CAMBRIDGE

THE OPPORTUNITY

My client, a leading UK Top 50 full-service law firm, is currently seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its well-established Residential Real Estate team in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, client-focused legal practice with a strong reputation across the residential property sector.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Act for high-net-worth individuals and a variety of clients, including individuals and limited companies
• Handle purchases, financing, and sales of routine and complex freehold/leasehold and high-value residential properties
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and brokers
• Support the wider practice with mainstream residential conveyancing matters
• Contribute to the business development plan of the Cambridge team

This role is ideal for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing. The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in managing their own caseload from instruction to completion
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
