ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, Right to Buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
• Ensuring seamless communication to provide an outstanding client experience.
• Working to meet and exceed fee income targets, contributing to the team’s ongoing success.
