A respected and long-established law firm in Dorset is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly and professional team at their Dorchester office.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. This includes:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in transactions
• Providing clear and practical legal advice

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a supportive team environment

You may be a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or fee earner with relevant experience.
