REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience managing a portfolio of Conveyancing matters.
  • Experience in running the whole Conveyancing process from start to finish.
  • Experience of using a Practice Management System i.e. Proclaim, Leap etc.
  • Excellent client management skills, and a proven track record of managing a range of cases while providing a high level of customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering clear and concise advice to clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team and use initiative to identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Conveyancer located in Norwich, Norfolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of Residential Conveyancing cases, including Freehold, Leasehold & Transfer of Equity matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advising and liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties.
  • Running a busy caseload of Conveyancing files from start to finish.
  • Managing the sale and/or purchase of both routine and complex Freehold/Leasehold and high-value properties.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with various Estate Agents.
  • Actively participating and working with the Business Development Manager to build and strengthen the firm’s profile.
  • Remaining compliant with the CQS Core Practice Management Standards and the firm’s policies and procedures relating to the CQS.
