My client, a friendly, motivated, and forward-thinking Legal 500 law firm, is seeking a Conveyancer to join their dynamic Residential Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused legal professional to take on a varied and rewarding caseload within a supportive and modern legal environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role offers the chance to manage a broad spectrum of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and general advisory work. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values quality of service, attention to detail, and client satisfaction over volume.
Applications are welcomed from Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and Solicitors from Newly Qualified up to around 10 years’ PQE.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties with professionalism and care.
• Working closely with colleagues across the department to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and the firm’s procedures.
