Abbotsford law firm is seeking a conveyancer/real estate paralegal to assist with our busy practice. An ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Running purchase, sale, and refinance files
• LOTR filings
• Commercial Mortgages (acting for borrower and lender)
• Subdivision Files
• Disclosure Statements
• Stratifications
• Covenants

Experience with E-Convey is an asset, but not required.
Looking to hire immediately. Compensation based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
