Overview We’re recruiting a Conveyancer to join our nationally recognised Plot Sales team. You’ll work with a client base that includes some of the UK’s largest and most established developers. In this role, you’ll manage the full end‑to‑end plot sales process for your assigned clients, who range from regional housebuilders to major national developers. You’ll also have the opportunity to work directly with clients, building strong relationships and contributing to their ongoing success. As a Plot Sales Conveyancer you'll work on a varied portfolio for well-known, national developers including: Handing a caseload of new-build plot sales for a variety of regional and national housebuilders and residential developers. Handling part-exchange transactions for developers buying and selling part-exchange properties. Dealing with transactions for housing associations, legal charges, and all ancillary matters. Manage the end-to-end plot sales process for your assigned clients and/or developments, working closely with both the client and the sales team. General support on appropriate matters for the Real Estate department. It's a cohesive and supportive team where you will be encouraged to develop your career at Walker Morris. We are looking for: ILEX qualification and/or substantial experience of working on a caseload of conveyancing files within a law firm. Experience working within a Real Estate or Residential team within a similar role. Experience of plot sales is preferred but not essential PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders and clients. Ability to organise, plan, prioritise work to meet deadlines. Ability to work confidentially and on highly confidential matters; respecting and maintaining the confidentiality of all information relating to Walker Morris and client matters.
