EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Residential Conveyancing experience is required, but all levels of experience considered.
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment.
  • Must have good communication skills and be IT literate.
  • Must be organised and have the ability to prioritise their workload.

SALARY NEGOTIABLE ON EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities
  • Opening files and inputting new instructions on to the case management system.
  • Updating the case management system as the matter progresses.
  • Dealing with clients on the telephone, in person and by email in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.
  • Drafting letters, Contracts and Transfers, and undertaking search applications.
  • Generally providing support to a senior conveyancing solicitor in order to enable them to progress a high-volume caseload of residential sale and purchase transactions.
