SALARY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
Our well-established client is currently recruiting for an experienced Property Assistant to join their Conveyancing team, based at their Andover office.
The right person for the role will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;
· Assisting clients with enquiries on initial paperwork
· Applying for searches
· Preparing contract packs
· Dealing with basic enquiries
· Applying for Management Pack
· Exchanging contracts
· Obtaining details for gifted deposit
· Legal checks
· Obtaining and uploading information on mortgage platforms
· Drafting completion statements
· General conveyancing duties from file opening to exchange
· Telephone calls
· Other duties when required to cover sickness and holidays.
