Responsibilities

CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT ROLE

Location - Pendle, Lancashire, Full time in the office.
This is a dynamic multi-office practice which provides a comprehensive range of legal services to clients across the Northwest. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conveyancing Assistant to handle file-related enquiries, both in person and over the phone
  • Contribute to the efficient and cost-effective processing of conveyancing matters
  • Support Conveyancers in progressing their caseloads
  • Aid in the maintenance and organisation of client files through effective file management
  • Ensure clients are treated courteously and efficiently, referring legal issues to the Conveyancer where appropriate
  • Attend to clients by taking instructions and conducting necessary correspondence and telephone enquiries
  • Follow correct firm procedures and systems to manage cases in line with legal standards and internal policies
