They are expanding their team by adding a Conveyancing Assistant to support their continued growth and commitment to client excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a conveyancing fee-earning or assistant role
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
· Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks efficiently
· Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling legal documentation and case data

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the conveyancing team with day-to-day case handling and client communications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supporting fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion
· Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
· Preparing legal documentation and maintaining accurate case files
· Ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met consistently
· Handling administrative duties such as data input, drafting letters, and responding to routine enquiries
