Job title: Conveyancing Assistant
Location: Altrincham and Lymm (working between offices)
Term: Full time (Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm)
Salary: £25k - £27k per year DOE
Start date: June/July

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

· Clean driving licence
· You will assist our solicitor and our conveyancer in managing residential property transactions from inception to completion
· You will deal effectively with clients, estate agents and other third parties involved in the transaction over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face to face, to provide advice and assistance
· You will be responsible for chasing various documentation, ID, mortgage offers and searches
· You will assist with conducting property searches and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
· You will keep the case management system and any third-party web sites up to date in real time
· You will ensure our clients and introducers of business receive the best possible service at times
· You will prepare required documentation as required within the conveyancing process
· You will deal with post exchange matters as directed by your team
· You will assist with completions on the day of completion
· You will comply with all policies and procedures
· You will support the team in all administrative tasks and duties
