Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Conveyancing Officer to manage and oversee the legal and administrative aspects of real estate transactions in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE property laws, excellent organizational skills, and a client-focused approach to ensure smooth and compliant property transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all legal and administrative procedures involved in property sales and purchases (primary and secondary market).
  • Prepare and review NOCs, and title deed applications.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, developers, banks, and the Dubai Land Department (DLD) to facilitate property transfers.
  • Monitor transaction timelines to ensure deadlines are met and proactively resolve any issues that may delay closing.
  • Ensure full compliance with DLD, RERA, and all other applicable regulations throughout the transaction.
  • Provide regular updates and guidance to clients, agents, and stakeholders during the conveyancing process.
  • Draft and manage MOU documentation, settlement statements, and transfer letters.
  • Assist with mortgage registration, property handovers, and developer clearances.
  • Maintain and update internal records of all ongoing transactions and ensure document security.
  • Keep abreast of legal and procedural changes in UAE property law and advise the business accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conveyancing, legal support, or real estate transaction coordination in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of DLD procedures, RERA regulations, and UAE property laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software systems.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, law firm, or developer.
