CONVEYANCING EXECUTIVE

Parker Rhodes Hickmotts Solicitors are seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Executive within our busy Residential Conveyancing Team.

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

• Have a strong technical background of residential property work
• Handle all client matters in a professional, efficient and cost-effective way.
• Have exceptional Communication Skills
• Ensure clients, and those associated with the case, are informed regularly of the current position.
• Provide support, as directed, to the Head of the Department
• Have knowledge of IT and case management systems
• To achieve personal targets, which will be revised annually.

Previous experience in dealing with sales and purchase both registered and unregistered titles, Leasehold flats, Shared Ownership, Transfers of Equity and re-mortgages is preferential
This is a permanent position with contracted hours being 9:00 am to 5:15 pm Monday to Friday.
Your salary is dependent on your knowledge and experience.
