We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/FCILEx/CLC to join a well-regarded legal team based in Chirstchurch. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

The ideal candidate will have:

Responsibilities

As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will handle a varied caseload, from initial instruction through to completion, and provide expert legal advice to clients. You will also be responsible for overseeing a paralegal/legal assistant and ensuring that transactions are managed efficiently and effectively. Key duties include:

  • Managing all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
  • Providing outstanding client care and maintaining strong relationships throughout the process.
  • Supervising a paralegal and ensuring high standards of work.
  • Handling your own caseload and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Developing new business opportunities through networking and client referrals.
