Conveyancing Fee Earner – Residential Property

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our busy property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and ambitious professional to further their career within a supportive and modern working environment.
The role involves managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will be responsible for progressing matters efficiently, providing high standards of client care, maintaining accurate case management records, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You’ll also work closely with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to deliver a smooth and efficient conveyancing service, while supporting and supervising assistants where necessary.
We are seeking candidates with proven experience of running a conveyancing caseload independently, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially aware, and able to deliver a professional service in line with the firm’s standards.
