Experience:

• Conveyancing: 2 years (required

This is a full-time role for either a NQ Conveyancing Solicitor or very experienced Paralegal used to running their own caseload from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving clients and a desire to expand his or her in-depth knowledge of Conveyancing. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with outstanding communication and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be responsible for a high volume caseload in Residential Conveyancing
• Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Case Management Systems
• Will have excellent communication and drafting skills
• Experience in working under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with other legal professionals and also independently to a high level
• Have experience in drafting client care letters/forms/contracts/raising enquiries and reporting on Title
• Fluency in one or more additional languages (other than English) is a plus
