JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly-organised, accurate and effective Administrator/Secretary to join the Conveyancing Department of a local law firm to provide administrative support and maintain efficient office operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and support for one of the Solicitors in the Conveyancing Department.
Full time hours would be 9-5 Monday to Friday with a one-hour lunch break, but there can be some flexibility in these hours for the right candidate.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in spelling and grammar
  • Ability to complete data entry tasks with precision (good IT skills)
  • Experience in general administrative duties
  • Competence in office operations and procedures
  • Excellent phone etiquette when handling calls
  • Skilful in clerical duties, including typing accurately
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
