Are you a proactive and experienced Legal Secretary ready for a new challenge? We’re looking for someone to join a well-established, client-focused law firm in the heart of Bournemouth, supporting a busy Conveyancing Department with both team collaboration and independent responsibility.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in the conveyancing process—supporting Fee Earners from initial instruction to exchange, and taking ownership of post-exchange and post-completion tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to manage cases confidently will help ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a law firm, with a focus on conveyancing
  • Familiarity with conveyancing portals and case management systems
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • A friendly, professional manner with excellent teamwork and communication
