Job Title: Conveyancing Secretary
Department: Conveyancing
Location: Warminster
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days annual leave plus public holidays

JOB SUMMARY:

A well-regarded regional law firm is seeking a motivated and professional Conveyancing Secretary to provide administrative and typing support within the busy Conveyancing department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to client care.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Accurate typing and audio typing skills
  • A polite and confident telephone manner
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
  • Previous experience in a legal or conveyancing environment is desirable but not essential
  • A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Responsibilities
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the Conveyancing team
  • Typing correspondence and legal documents (including audio typing) accurately and efficiently
  • Answering and handling telephone enquiries in a professional manner
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and other third parties
  • General file management and office administration tasks
