WE ARE LOOKING FOR A WELL-ORGANISED AND EXPERIENCED LEGAL SECRETARY TO JOIN OUR BUSY CONVEYANCING TEAM BASED AT OUR ATTLEBOROUGH OFFICE. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME PART OF A SUPPORTIVE, PROFESSIONAL TEAM WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE WILL BE VALUED.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing team
  • Managing case files, correspondence and legal documentation
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents and other professionals
  • Maintaining diary and appointment management
  • Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a legal secretary, ideally within conveyancing
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
