Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will provide day-to-day direction to the conveyancing team c90 - ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs), exceed customer expectations and comply with industry regulations. You’ll also play a strategic role in shaping our operational framework, supporting the Group in delivering the company’s long-term goals.

  • You will oversee and develop 8 direct reports, driving performance and fostering leadership capabilities within the team
  • Drive wider team performance to ensure timescales, targets and service standards are consistently achieved.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and customer focus.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of improved systems, workflows, and processes.
  • Support compliance with CLC (or equivalent regulatory body) guidelines and internal legal practices.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, one-to-ones, and Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
  • Ensure efficient workload management, accurate pipeline forecasting, and effective absence cover planning.
  • Act as a knowledge leader for conveyancing best practices across the business
