Our client is a leading multi serviced Property company and Estate Agency. The company has been established for over twenty years and is one of the market leaders with a great reputation. They are hugely focused on staff development and offer superb career progression.

Due to growth, we are looking for an ambitious and technically capable Manager to lead their existing conveyancing team. This role needs someone detail focused and extremely organised, that is a good people manager and competent working to tight deadlines on a high volume of property sales.

  • Lead and manage the Sales Progression team, providing effective direction, training,

and performance management to drive results.

  • Establish and monitor clear KPIs to assess individual and team performance, ensuring a

culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.

  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex or high-value property transactions,

delivering timely and effective solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with solicitors, mortgage advisors,

surveyors, estate agents, and other key stakeholders.

  • Oversee the company’s entire sales pipeline, from offer acceptance to completion,

ensuring transactions are delivered within agreed timeframes.

  • Continuously review and refine processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency,

and enhance the client experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a leadership role within property sales, sales

progression, or conveyancing.

  • Strong technical knowledge of the UK property sales and conveyancing process.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage property sales pipelines and deliver transactions to

completion.

  • Exceptionally organised and detail focused
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate successfully.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating and

developing high-performing teams.
