JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Conveyancing Officer with a strong background in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all legal and administrative aspects of property transfers, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in conveyancing or a similar role within the real estate sector.
  • Solid knowledge of property laws, transfer procedures, and relevant documentation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end conveyancing process for real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, and leasing.
  • Prepare, review, and lodge legal documents such as sales contracts, transfer documents, and title deeds.
  • Liaise with clients, developers, real estate agents, banks, government authorities, and legal representatives to ensure a smooth transfer process.
  • Conduct title searches and due diligence on properties.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted within required timelines.
  • Advise clients on the legal implications of property transactions and ensure they are informed throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
  • Monitor progress of transactions and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding matters.
  • Stay up to date with relevant property laws, government policies, and real estate regulations.
