ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join the firm’s expanding Residential Property team in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for someone with conveyancing experience who is confident handling a small caseload of freehold sales or purchase matters, while continuing to develop technical skills. You’ll work alongside experienced solicitors and contribute to the growth of a thriving team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide legal and administrative support, including file opening, ID checks, ordering searches, and preparing statements - helping the team deliver smooth transactions
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, SDLT returns, and registration applications - building on your technical expertise
• Assist with exchanges, completions, and post-completion work - gaining end-to-end exposure in property transactions
• Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents - strengthening your client relationship skills
