Our well-established client is seeking a Conveyancing Secretary/Paralegal to join their Residential Property team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to a residential conveyancing fee earner.
  • Assist the fee earner with all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including shared ownership work.
  • Handle client communications via phone, email, and in person.
  • Open and manage client files, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Use case management systems to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients when dealing with matters post exchange, ensuring professional and friendly service.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a conveyancing team or legal environment..
