THE ROLE

We are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal with some prior experience in residential conveyancing to join our busy property team. You will assist our fee earners in progressing matters from instruction through to post-completion, working closely with clients, solicitors, agents, and other third parties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Opening new files and preparing initial correspondence
Drafting contracts and standard letters
Ordering searches and reviewing results
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
Preparing completion statements and handling exchange/completion processes
Dealing with post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
File management in line with compliance requirements
