Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality legal services across residential sales and purchases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with conveyancing experience who wants to develop their legal career within a welcoming, supportive, and professional team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drafting and issuing contracts to clients and buyers’ solicitors
  • Chasing and reviewing signed contracts and documentation
  • Reporting to clients on mortgage offers, search results, and title documents
  • Raising and responding to pre-contract enquiries
  • Managing files on residential sales and purchases through to exchange and completion
  • Providing quotations to prospective clients in a professional manner
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors throughout the transaction
  • Undertaking property searches and dealing with lender requirements
  • Managing files using our case management system and maintaining accurate records
  • Carrying out general administrative and filing tasks
  • Supporting the wider team with additional responsibilities as needed
