A respected and well-established law firm in Salisbury is looking for an enthusiastic Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy Residential Property team. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about client service, this role offers a fantastic platform to grow your career in conveyancing.
You’ll work alongside experienced Fee Earners, playing a key role in delivering efficient and professional support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

• Preparing and sending draft contract packs
• Drafting key documents such as AP1s and TR1s
• Ordering and reviewing property searches
• Handling SDLT submissions and liaising with HM Land Registry
• Managing client communications and chasing enquiries
• Assisting with a range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages
