An established and well-regarded law firm is seeking a confident and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone with experience in a residential property team who is ready to manage their own caseload with intermediate supervision.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Strong knowledge and practical experience in residential conveyancing
Ability to manage a full caseload independently
Excellent client care and communication skills
Proficient in IT systems and case management tools
A team-oriented and proactive approach
Responsibilities
Handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Transfers of equity
Assents
Remortgages
First registrations
Lease extensions
Supporting senior team members with complex conveyancing transactions
Assisting with supervision queries from Legal Support Assistants
Providing cover for colleagues during periods of absence
