Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

They are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with experience in property law to handle a variety of responsibilities. The role will primarily involve fee-earning work, with additional duties supporting our existing fee earners.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Oversee end-to-end conveyancing processes for property transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the process.
  • Utilise IT tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage documentation and correspondence.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to property transactions.
