Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our busy and respected Residential Property team, helping clients navigate their property transactions with confidence and care. You’ll manage your own caseload from start to finish and play a vital role in ensuring smooth, successful outcomes for our clients. It’s about:

  • Transaction Management - overseeing all aspects of buying, selling, title transfers and re-mortgages from instruction to completion.
  • Legal Documentation - preparing and reviewing key documents, obtaining searches and liaising with local authorities and third parties.
  • Client Care - building trusted relationships with clients, keeping them updated and supported throughout their transaction.
  • Regulatory compliance – staying up to date on legal and regulatory developments in conveyancing and ensuring high compliance standards.
  • Team collaboration – working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless, coordinated approach across the wider Residential Property team.
