Our client, a well-established business in Market Harborough, is seeking a talented and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team.

The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of residential property transactions. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a firm that combines tradition with innovation and puts client care at the heart of everything they do.

  • £25,000 - £29,000
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break
  • Hybrid working pattern available

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
  • Ability to manage transactions from instruction through to post-completion, under supervision
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support solicitors and fee earners to ensure seamless progression of matters

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Drafting and preparing legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
  • Conducting property searches and assisting with reporting, depending on experience
  • Submitting and managing Land Registry applications
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and procedural requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle
