At Matthew Montgomery & Co, we are a dynamic and client-focused law firm known for delivering high-quality legal services. Our Conveyancing Department is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Post-Completion Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.

THE ROLE

You will play a key role in the final stages of the residential conveyancing process, ensuring all post-completion matters are handled efficiently and accurately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in property law.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Submitting applications to HM Land Registry and monitoring progress
• Dealing with requisitions and responding appropriately within deadlines
• Managing and updating internal case management systems
• Preparing and submitting SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) returns
• Liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure timely completion of post-completion matters
• Filing documents and archiving files upon completion
