We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our dynamic legal team. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role within a legal environment is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client services.

Responsibilities
  • Independently manage your own conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
  • Develop and expand the firm’s conveyancing services, including building relationships and onboarding mortgage lenders.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
  • Provide clear and accurate legal advice to clients, ensuring it is fully recorded.
  • Draft contracts, legal documents, and correspondence with precision.
  • Liaise professionally with solicitors, lenders, brokers, estate agents, local authorities, and clients.
  • Handle New Build and Shared Ownership matters with confidence.
  • Identify and resolve risks while safeguarding client and firm interests.
  • Ensure compliance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) rules and firm policies.
  • Supervise, support, and mentor paralegals when required.
  • Maximise efficiency by using the firm’s conveyancing systems and technology.
  • Uphold the firm’s reputation for excellent service with clients and introducers.
