Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property
Location: Liverpool, Warrington, Halton | Hours: Full-time (37.5) | Term: Permanent | Salary: Dependent on experience
We are looking for a talented Conveyancing Solicitor to join our busy Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ambitious, organised, and keen to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.
The role involves managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. You’ll ensure transactions progress smoothly, keep clients regularly informed, and maintain strong relationships with third parties and colleagues. You’ll also play a part in supervising support staff, meeting billing targets, and ensuring compliance with professional regulations, including Lexcel and CQS standards.
We’re seeking someone with solid conveyancing experience, excellent communication and client care skills, and the ability to manage a busy workload independently.
