REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience and knowledge of conveyancing work within the Scottish Legal system is essential, however, experience in matrimonial, private client or litigation work would be advantageous.
You should be experienced in running a full caseload of purchases and sales through to completion in a role that requires a significant amount of client contact. You will also strive to provide exceptional results to ensure your clients’ transactions run smoothly.

• Manage the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions on behalf of clients.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding property law and procedures.
• Prepare and review legal documents related to property transfers.
• Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing property transactions.
