Position : Conveyancing Support / Legal Assistant Salary : 1,600 AUD (approx Php 65,000 - 70,000) Working Hours & Conditions : Approx. 25–30 hours per week initially ABOUT THE COMPANY: The company is a client-focused conveyancing practice known for providing clear communication, reliable guidance, and a smooth property transaction experience. The business works closely with buyers and sellers across residential property matters and prides itself on responsiveness, professionalism, and strong client care. OVERVIEW: We’re looking for an experienced offshore conveyancing support professional to help keep files moving, support client communication, and manage day-to-day conveyancing administration. This role suits someone proactive, organized, and confident handling client enquiries independently. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients stay informed, files stay updated, and follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks. RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Answer inbound client calls and email enquiries professionally ● Provide clear updates on conveyancing matters and file progress ● Assist clients with forms, documentation, and general process questions ● Record detailed file notes and update the CRM/file management system ● Review active files daily and identify outstanding tasks or follow-ups ● Chase required documents, signatures, and outstanding information ● Escalate complex legal or sensitive matters when required ● Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and client experience QUALIFICATIONS: ● Previous experience in Australian conveyancing support, legal administration, or paralegal work ● Strong understanding of conveyancing workflows and common client questions ● Comfortable using Smokeball/Triconvey or legal file management systems ● Able to manage priorities independently and follow process accurately ● Strong written and verbal English communication ● Professional, calm, and patient communication style What were looking for: Highly organized with strong attention to detail ● Comfortable handling repetitive client communication professionally ● Able to work autonomously without constant supervision ● Strong follow-up and task management skills
Responsibilities
