POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking three qualified Conveyor Electricians to support electrical demolition and disconnection work on a conveyor system project. This short-term assignment will involve safely de-energizing, removing, and preparing electrical systems for demolition while ensuring compliance with all safety and site procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed or journeyman electrician with conveyor or industrial experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial/conveyor electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of lockout/tagout, conduit runs, motor controls, and electrical disassembly.
• Ability to work 10+ hour shifts for multiple consecutive days.
• Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, MSHA, NFPA 70E) strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Disconnect, remove, and prepare conveyor electrical systems for demolition.
• Safely de-energize electrical circuits and equipment according to lockout/tagout procedures.
• Dismantle conduit, wiring, motors, control panels, and other electrical components.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Collaborate with millwrights and project supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhere to site safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
