JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Payment Operations with a view to becoming the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The individual will lead our organisation towards achieving its strategic goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the financial services sector, and the ability to drive growth and innovation. You will be responsible for shaping the company’s future, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience working within a FCA regulated business.
• Proven experience as a COO or in other managerial positions within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic maths skills for financial analysis and decision-making processes.
• A strategic thinker with an ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is advantageous.
