Develop AI and Tech Automation enablement framework and methodology Identify and maintain AI & Tech Automation opportunity pipeline across COO high impact processes and horizontals while driving common solutions across different use cases Establish and monitor targets for client, employees, control and efficiency metrics from AI & Tech Automation opportunities and adoption Develop roadmap for AI & Tech automation Upskill AI awareness and literacy across COO Work with MRM to increase approval speed and break down barriers Develops compelling executive presentations to persuade decision-makers and develops and shares best practices and lessons learned across the enterprise. Help lead the AI community within COO, inclusive of AI Accelerators. Drive culture of ideation and feedback among the community to ensure impact-focused execution. Bachelor's degree in business / finance / engineering (or a related discipline) 10+ years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services Demonstrates consistent track record of having worked as a Product Manager, Program or Project Manager and Process Re-engineering Manager while working on large, strategic Business Transformation cross-functional projects Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and Technology Patterns Strategic and analytical thinker who is detail-oriented and can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then drive others to execute on those plans Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and motivate others, delivering positive outcomes in complex projects involving business stakeholders, consumer technology partners, and global and regional collaborators Able to drive a challenger and catalyst focus during all interactions related to business transformation Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to take complex information and communicate simply and effectively with stakeholders across various levels of seniority and risk and control expertise ------------------------------------------------------ For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------ Anticipated Posting Close Date: Dec 26, 2025 ------------------------------------------------------
