We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team. The COO will play a pivotal role in overseeing & enhancing the company’s operations and procedures, ensuring operational excellence while driving the strategic vision of the organization. This leadership position requires a proactive individual who can foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, aligning operational strategies with business goals.
Mission of Role:
Lead operational excellence by building scalable systems, elevating professionalism, and ensuring conflict-free construction delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operational Systems:

Design and implement efficient workflows across project delivery, procurement, and compliance.

• Construction Leadership:

Guide teams through complex building envelope projects with a focus on profitability, safety, quality, and proactive issue resolution.

• Culture & Team Development:

Model respect and professionalism; mentor leaders and foster a culture of accountability and responsiveness.

• Client & Partner Alignment:

Strengthen relationships with architects, consultants, and manufacturers. Ensure operations reflect RBS’s value-driven approach.

• Strategic Execution:

Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable plans. Drive growth, innovation, and operational efficiency
