Description We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team. This is a critical role responsible for leading the company’s operational backbone and ensuring world-class execution across the company. The COO will oversee and empower both customer-support teams as well as business operational teams to drive the company’s performance, efficiency, and growth. Responsibilities: Develop and execute operational strategies that enable scalability, quality, and agility. Lead and align customer-facing and business operational teams to deliver exceptional results. Partner with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategic goals into operational excellence. Drive continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Establish frameworks for process optimization, service quality, and performance measurement. Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity across all operational areas. Requirements 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, within the telecom, or related industries. Proven success managing diverse global teams — both customer-facing and internal operational functions. Strong track record of driving efficiency, transformation, and scalable growth. Demonstrated success in fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity across diverse teams and functions. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic execution skills. High technical orientation with the ability to understand complex systems, products, and processes. Strong B2B experience, ideally in environments that integrate technology, service delivery, and enterprise clients. Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
