Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations, including client services, caregiver management, scheduling, and administrative functions.
  • Implement operational systems, policies, and procedures to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
