Requirements Requirements, but not limited to: This position requires semi-flexible work schedule, from early mornings to midafternoon, Monday -Friday. The Business Dining sector has certain peak times of the year that are blackout periods for PTO (paid time off), e.g. year end. This position requires experience breakfast and deli cooking, demanding Accountability and a high degree of eye for detail, deductive reasoning and forward thinking. The entire team strives for success with everything thing they do. (highest product quality, highest productivity output, complying with all food safety rules and regulations). Qualifications Be a self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision Minimum of 3 years of restaurant breakfast cooking experience and 2 years deli cooking experience. Ability to cook breakfast at a high rate, making 2-3 orders simultaneously Ability to work the Deli Station with 2-3 orders at a time Ability to understand what is needed and the time it takes to prepare. Strong organizational, analytical, communication and culinary skills required Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Ability to read and interpret recipes and food menu specifications Highly flexible and analytical, pro-active team player Excellent knowledge of food and hygiene standards Must hold a valid Food Handlers Certificate, recognized by local authorities (e.g., SERV Safe). Meticulous time management skills with the ultimate attention to detail High sense of urgency with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Common sense, deductive reasoning & forward thinking. Great attendance record, punctual and always on time.
