GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Ensure that all relevant buffet / display set-ups are prepared ahead of guest’s arrival and in adherence with hotel standards
  • Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
  • Assist with preparation, presentation, decoration and storage of dishes

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of experience in the culinary department, or equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience. Certificate in culinary arts preferred.

This job requires ability to perform the following:

  • Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Moving about the kitchen
  • Handling food, objects, products and utensils
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling
