Assist other cooks, and food service workers in unloading pallets of food provisions and transferring to ingredient/storeroom, coolers and daily meal ingredient carts. Receive stock deliveries and properly secures all frozen, refrigerated & dry goods. Retrieve stock items from storage, dates and rotates all refrigerated stock, and utilizes first in/first out stock rotation/usage method. Set up service areas, trays & carts, and portions food in service areas. Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation at all times in kitchen, ingredient/storeroom as well as during preparation of meals.
