Iacofano’s Catering & Events is hiring professional drivers to support our private aviation catering operation. This is not like gig/Uber/DoorDash delivery and you do not use your own car. Our drivers operate in time-sensitive logistics environments serving private jets, FBOs, and corporate aviation clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring catering orders are delivered accurately, professionally, and on time to private airport partners and VIP clients. If you enjoy independent work, structured routes, and a professional environment, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in the private aviation industry. Key Responsibilities: Deliver catering orders to private airports, FBOs, and corporate clients Safely operate company vehicles (cars and box vans) Verify orders against packing slips prior to departure Maintain temperature control and food safety standards Follow client-specific delivery procedures and airport protocols Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) and document any discrepancies Communicate professionally with flight crews and FBO staff Complete vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness Perform store runs and assist with packing when not on route What Makes a Great Driver Here Successful drivers demonstrate: Reliable attendance and strong time management Accurate and organized delivery execution Professional communication with aviation clients Attention to detail with documentation and procedures Calm decision-making in time-sensitive situations Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record and background check Personal proof of car insurance Ability to lift 30–50 lbs Comfortable using smartphones for navigation and digital logs Strong and clear communication skills Ability to work scheduled shifts reliably Preferred Experience Logistics background, Delivery driving or route driving Hospitality or catering experience Airport, aviation, or general logistics work Client-facing service roles Before applying, please note: This role operates in airport and aviation environments, which require background checks and driving record verification.
