As a Cook A' - Chef de partie, you will play a vital role in the culinary team, contributing to the creation and delivery of exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Assist the executive chef and sous chefs in menu planning, recipe development, and culinary presentations Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and specifications Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards Assist in training and supervising junior culinary staff members Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate cooking schedules and ensure timely delivery of food to guests Continuously strive for culinary excellence, remaining up-to-date with industry trends and techniques Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cook A' or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Valid food handling and safety certification
